1. Who we are

This website, 3d-sys.com, is operated by 3D Systems Co., a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration 1010179966 and VAT 310075977300003.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean 3D Systems Co. We are the exclusive Posiflex distributor for Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Türkiye, and the operator of the POSMena cloud point-of-sale platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to answer you and to run this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect payment card details on this website.

• Information you give us. When you submit the demo request, contact, or e-invoicing enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and — where the form asks for it — your country, city and the content of your message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
• Measurement data. On some pages we load Google tags which set cookies and collect usage and advertising identifiers. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and prepare quotations;
• provide pre-sales advice, delivery and technical support for the products you ask about;
• keep a record of our business relationship and communications with you;
• operate, secure and improve this website, and prevent spam and abuse;
• measure the effectiveness of our advertising and website content;
• comply with our legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations.

4. Where we store and process your data

Enquiries submitted through the forms on this website are transmitted to Zoho CRM (operated by Zoho Corporation), which we use as our customer relationship management system. Our website itself is static and does not maintain a database of visitors.

Zoho and the other providers listed in Section 6 operate international infrastructure and may store or process data in data centres outside your country of residence. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on the lawful transfer mechanisms available to us.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as you remain an active prospect or customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations — typically up to seven years.

Measurement data collected through Google tags is retained according to Google’s standard retention windows. You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see Section 7.

6. Third-party services we use

We rely on the following providers to operate this website. Each processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation) — stores and manages the enquiries you submit through our forms.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from automated abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics — measurement and advertising performance on certain pages of this site.
• Google Fonts and the Webflow CDN — deliver the typefaces and JavaScript library the site uses; your browser requests these files directly from those providers.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to click one of our WhatsApp contact buttons, at which point your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you — including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, to withdraw a consent you previously gave, and to object to direct marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@3d-sys.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

8. Security

We protect personal information with appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) across the whole site, authenticated and role-limited access to our CRM, and routine review of the services we rely on.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business website intended for use by companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant change will be reflected on this page together with a new revision date at the top.
